Is there a

to lose weight?
Could it be the ONLY way that really works?
Have you struggled to keep your weight where it
needs to
be most of your
adult life. And the older you get the tougher it is! Have you tried
enough diets and pills to know most of that stuff doesn't
work. It's a total fraud.
What really is the best way to lose weight?
What I've been looking for is a reasonable plan to
lose weight
and
keep it off while having enough energy to do what needs to be done. It
would be nice to feel good too. And I don't want to spend 100's of
dollars a month on some goofy supplements. Enough of that already, with
nothing to show for it!
I'm sick of that lose weight...gain it
back...endless cycle too.
After years of looking, I've found what is working
for me. No magic
pills...no miracle diets...just a sensible plan. And much of this goes
directly opposite to much of what you read and hear...you know the
stuff you already know doesn't work!
Clearly a healthy living plan must have an eating
part and an
exercise part. But there must be some balance that a regular person can
live with, something you really can do. Not some living on carrots and
bean sprouts nonsense.
Now I'm no bodybuilder and have no desire to be
one. But, it makes
sense that some old bodybuilder guy after years of experimenting might
come up with a plan that works.
That's what this is. This is probably the best way to lose weight.
